The safety of our guests is the highest priority at Fantasy Island. In the unlikely event of a ride evacuation, we have various robust procedures in place which our staff members are trained in executing so that an evacuation can be carried out as safely and as efficiently as possible.
An evacuation process can include, but is not limited to; the use of a ladder, walking down stairs or using machinery to transport the guests from a height. Each visitor will be strapped into a harness throughout the process until the guest is on ground level as well as being guided by our trained staff members.
Wheelchair users must be able to transfer from their own chair into the ride vehicle without assistance and throughout the evacuation procedure.
