Mellors Group Brings Joy to Nottingham Children!
The family attractions company, Mellors Group, teamed up with children’s charities The Toy Library and Gedling Play Forum to create an unforgettable day out for local children. On August 10th and 11th, 200 kids from Nottingham enjoyed a free trip to Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells.
MP Alex Norris, MP Vernon Coaker, and Mayor and Mayoress Cllrs Peter and Sandra Barnes warmly welcomed the youngsters and their parents before embarking on their exciting adventure at the famous theme park.
James Mellors Snr, Managing Director at Mellors Group expressed their motivation, saying,
“Our biggest motivator is creating memories for families and putting smiles on children’s faces. With the school holidays in full swing, we wanted to offer free days out for kids in Nottingham, giving them a glimpse of what we offer in Sunny Skegness.”
Considering the “cost of living” crisis, Mellors Group is delighted to lend a helping hand and is eager to host more charity days in the future.
In partnership with Mellors Group, the Toy Library and Gedling Play Forum dedicate themselves to supporting children, families, and communities, promoting family play, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Together, they spread joy, laughter, and cherished moments for the children in their community.
