The fun doesn’t stop – spend your summer evenings at Fantasy Island

As day turns to evening, the fun doesn’t stop at Fantasy Island. There are lots of great ways to spend your summer nights at Britain’s best coastal theme park. Here are just three of the highlights.

Enjoy the rides until late

Fantasy Island doesn’t close until 9pm on both Wednesday and Saturdays during the summer and at 8pm every other day of the week, so there’s no reason not to ride long into the night.

With attractions to suit every age group and with rides suitable for all – from the thrill seeker to those who enjoy things at a little slower pace – a summer evening at Fantasy Island is filled with thrills, yells, fun and laughter.

Fantasy Island’s summer fireworks

The main fairground is the venue for Fantasy Island’s summer fireworks spectacular. Join us as we light up the sky every Wednesday and Saturday after sunset from July right through to August 31st. The show can be seen from wherever you are in the park and best of all, it’s completely free. On Wednesdays, our fireworks are best viewed from the main fairground area and on Saturdays, our fireworks are on Island Beach.

The fireworks begin after 9pm.

Bars and restaurants & take in a show

There’s lots of food and drink on offer in the park. Chill out with a Costa coffee or a cool pint at the Explorer’s Bar and Café near the entrance to Fantasy Island. Or you can take a breather with a burger and a pint while the kids play at the Arcade Bar and Café which lies within the Family Entertainment Centre in the arcade.

If you fancy a delicious sweet treat, check out the Chocolate Experience at Market Town. From donuts and ice cream to milkshakes and chocolate-dipped marshmallows and strawberries, there is bound to be something for everyone to enjoy. If you fancy something a little different, head to Jamaican Chicken, where there is a wide range of authentic Jamaican dishes as well as some English dishes on offer.
