Fun fun fun: Fantastic family rides at Fantasy Island

A trip to Fantasy Island is one of the best days out in Lincolnshire. The park has something for everyone, from shops and restaurants to miniature golf and ten pin bowling. But for those of you who are really craving excitement, Fantasy Island is home to a handful of hair-raising rides for thrill seekers of all ages. Here are five Fantasy Island attractions that are guaranteed to get the whole family’s adrenaline pumping.

1. Magic

You won’t know which way is up after a thrilling spin on our Magic ride. Twist and turn your way through a magical adventure that will leave you wanting more. Try riding at night and watch the flashing colours light up the sky. This ride has a minimum height of 1.4m, but children under 1.2m must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Jellikins

You’re never too young to become a thrill seeker. Give your kids their first taste of roller coaster excitement as they take a ride on the Jelly Train with Strum, Bouncy, Denny, Pepper and Coral. Adults can watch from the sidelines as their kids are whisked away on an enchanting tour of Jolly Jelly World. This ride has a minimum height of 1m and a maximum height of 1.6m.

3. Seaquarium

Take the whole family on a voyage of discovery as you venture into the watery depths of Captain Rhombus’ marvellous Seaquarium. Get up close and personal with some of the ocean’s strangest specimens, from friendly fish to crafty crustaceans. The Seaquarium is a magical musical experience for adventurers of all ages. This ride has no minimum height requirement, but riders under 1.2, must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, we cannot allow babies to ride.

4. Techno Jump

Hold on tight and let the Techno Jump give you the ride of your life. A funfair-inspired classic, this bone-shaking ride will have you bouncing up and down like a yo-yo. This ride has a minimum height restriction of 1.1m, but those under 1.4m must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Dodgems

Perhaps the most iconic ride of all time, this fairground classic will bring back fond memories for older riders. Take a bumpy ride down memory lane as you introduce a new generation to the timeless pleasures of dodging and ramming. Strap yourself in and get ready to make some enemies. Minimum driver height 1.3m, and minimum passenger height is 1.1m. Riders under 1.3m must be accompanied by an adult.
