Fantasy Island announced as East Lindsey Business Award finalists

Here at Fantasy Island, we are thrilled to announce we have been nominated for an East Lindsey Business Award. Alongside White Stuff and Safelincs Ltd, we’re up for the Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Why Fantasy Island?

The team at Fantasy Island work hard to ensure all customers have a great time while inside the park and hope that customers want to return after spending the day enjoying the great range of rollercoasters and attractions on offer. To ensure this, all staff are trained in customer service and steps are taken to guarantee the attractions continue to appeal to visitors.

The East Lindsey Business Awards

The 2019 ELBA ceremony is being held on the 27th September at the Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa, with singer/songwriter Elliott Morris providing acoustic numbers throughout the evening. As well as the Excellence in Customer Service Award, this year’s categories include Visitor Attraction of the Year, Employer of the Year, Independent Retailer of the Year, and many more.

However, the Excellence in Customer Service Award is sponsored by the Alan Boswell Group, a leading UK insurance broker.
