Don’t forget to bring these 7 important things on your Fantasy Island trip

Planning your next visit to Fantasy Island? Don’t forget these key things to make sure your trip is as perfect as can be!

1. Comfortable shoes

You are going to be doing a lot of walking around, so make sure you bring shoes that are comfortable and fit well. If you want to try out some new footwear, break them in in plenty of time so you can explore the park without worrying about blisters or sore feet.

2. Towels

If you plan on checking out our water rides or Island Beach, a towel is a must. Although you are unlikely to get soaked, we would recommend bringing a towel to dry yourself off just in case, especially if it is a colder day.

3. Umbrella

With the unpredictable nature of the weather, day trips in the UK absolutely require an umbrella. You don’t want wet weather to rain on your parade, so take precautions and bring an umbrella along to protect you from any showers.

4. Camera

Taking photos on your days out in Lincolnshire is a must. Bring a camera to capture all those fun moments with your friends and family, and make sure it is fully charged before you go! There are also plenty of opportunities to purchase ride photos at Fantasy Island, or you can even buy an unlimited ride photo package for as little as £10. Your photos are also available online after your visit.

5. Sunglasses and hats

If you are lucky enough to visit us on a sunny day, you will definitely need a pair of sunglasses and a hat. Keep your sight safe with some protective eyewear and a comfy hat, but make sure you hold onto them when you’re on the rides!

6. Painkillers

You never know when a headache might strike, so come prepared and bring painkillers with you. You don’t want any aches or pains to distract you from one of the best theme parks in the UK, so bring some paracetamol just in case.

7. Map

Whether you’re a seasoned Fantasy Island visitor or it’s your first trip, you will need a map to navigate your way around our extensive park. You may not use it, but it’s always best to have it to hand!

Fantasy Island is one of the best things to do in Skegness, so make sure you are fully prepared for an exciting day!
